James Han Bio

James Han is an Operating Partner and Principal at Broadtree Partners. He has 10+ years of experience building teams and scaling processes for growth. Prior to joining Broadtree, James used a lean manufacturing approach to launch automotive service and collision repair operations at a transportation company. In previous roles, he focused on improving unit economics at a high-growth startup and automating fulfillment processes at a leading global property data provider. James also served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps with a combat deployment to Afghanistan. He holds a BS in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
