Michael Kosty Bio

Michael Kosty is a Partner and Co-Founder at Bregal Sagemount, where he is focused on originating and underwriting investments in the software, digital infrastructure, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Michael worked as an investment professional in Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Americas Special Situations Group. Michael received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting with honors from Georgetown University.
