Jaskaran Heir Bio

Jaskaran Heir is a Principal at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Jaskaran also serves as the CFO of Independence Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:ACQR). Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Jaskaran was an associate at CIVC Partners focusing on business services investments. Previously, Jaskaran was an investment banking analyst at Moelis & Company where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Jaskaran received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
