Harshad Khurjekar Bio

Harshad Khurjekar is a Principal at Bookend Capital Partners. Prior to Bookend, he was a Principal in RSM US LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services group. He provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and M&A advisory services to middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Previously, he was a director in KPMG’s Transaction Services group. Over the past 14 years, Harshad has worked on more than 200 transactions with particular focus on the industrial, consumer, and business services sectors. Harshad has led projects that include analysis of quality and sustainability of earnings, trends impacting working capital, realization of potential synergies, and post-closing operational improvement initiatives. Harshad has Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Commerce from University of Pune in India and an MBA in Finance from Temple University. Harshad is a Chartered Accountant from India.
