Scott Kirkendall Bio

Mr. Kirkendall is a Partner at Blue Sea Capital and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Scott focuses on the firm’s aerospace & defense and industrial growth investing initiatives and is responsible for establishing quality relationships with business owners and executives, sourcing and executing private equity transactions and assisting in the transformational growth of middle market companies. Currently, Scott serves on the Board of Directors of Sunvair Aerospace Group. Prior to joining Blue Sea Capital, Scott was a Director of Brockway Moran & Partners, a middle market private equity firm. During this time, Scott served on the Board of Directors of Tri-Star Electronics and was involved with the management of the firm’s investments in Cosmetic Essence and Integrated Aerospace. Scott began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse First Boston, and, prior to its acquisition, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
