Harry Drake Bio

Harry P. Drake is Block Real Estate Services, LLC Executive Vice President/Strategy and Planning. In this position, Harry is responsible for effectively implementing and managing BRES business performance and strategic initiatives to insure its continued success. In addition, Harry also coordinates the response of BRES’s distressed asset services team. He has served as a court appointed receiver for commercial properties totaling in excess of one million square feet securing debt in excess of $75 million located in the Kansas City and St. Louis Metropolitan areas. Harry is a Principal in Block Funds and a member of the Block Real Estate Services, LLC Executive Committee. He has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1980, and is a graduate of Michigan State University's College of Business, School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutions Management. Harry also attended the Rockhurst University, Executive Fellows MBA program.
