Michael Rumbolz Bio

Michael Rumbolz is President and Chief Executive Officer of Everi Holdings Inc., a developer of gaming products and services and an independent director of Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment, LLC. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cash Systems, Inc., a provider of cash access services to the gaming industry, from 2005 until 2008 when Cash Systems, Inc. was acquired by Everi. He also has from time to time provided consulting services and held a number of public and private sector employment positions in the gaming industry, including serving as Member and Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board from 1985 through 1988. He is also the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Casino Data Systems in 2001, was the President and CEO of Anchor Gaming from 1995 to 2000, was the director of Development for Circus Circus Enterprises (later Mandalay Bay Group) from 1992 to 1995, and was the President of Casino Windsor at the time of its opening in Windsor, Ontario in 1995. In addition, he is the former Chief Deputy Attorney General of the State of Nevada.
