Vanessa is Head of Legal and Compliance at Beringea, advising management and senior stakeholders on all legal and regulatory matters and overseeing its compliance function. Vanessa qualified as a lawyer at Reed Smith LLP and has over 15 years’ experience both in private practice and in-house roles. Most recently, she was Head of Legal at Breed Reply, a specialist tech fund. Vanessa has a LLB in Law and American Legal Systems having studied at the University of East Anglia (UK) and the University of British Columbia (Canada).
