Prior to joining Bayou City, Mr. Sparks worked as a Fund Accounting Manager for Oak Hill Advisors L.P., an alternate investment firm with approximately $30B under management across performing and distressed credit. Prior to joining Oak Hill Advisors, L.P., Mr. Sparks served as a Senior Tax Accountant at Postlethwaitte & Netterville focusing on tax preparation and consulting. Mr. Sparks earned an M.S. in Accounting and B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
