Kristin MacKelvey Bio

Prior to joining Bayou City, Mrs. MacKelvey was the Controller at White Deer Energy, a private equity fund in Houston, Texas with $2.2 billion under management. As the Controller, Mrs. MacKelvey oversaw all aspects of the accounting, compliance and administrative functions of the firm. Mrs. MacKelvey joined White Deer in 2010 after seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, Mrs. MacKelvey worked as a tax manager in various areas of accounting and focused on private equity tax consulting, planning and compliance with an emphasis in the energy sector. Mrs. MacKelvey holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and BBA in Business Honors and Accounting from The University of Texas.
