Jennifer Pass Bio

Jennifer joined Basalt as Financial Controller in January 2023 and assists with the finance and accounting for the corporate group. Prior to joining Basalt Jennifer was UK Head of Finance at Arabesque, where she was responsible for the corporate accounting, tax and financial regulatory compliance of the Asset Management and AI businesses, as well as the Group Holding company. Jennifer is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and holds a Diploma in Investment Compliance (CISI), as well as an MSc. in Chemical Research from UCL and a BSc. (Hons) in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
