Marco Dietel Bio

Dr. Marco Dietel studied business administration at the universities of Regensburg and Copenhagen and earned his doctorate at University of Regensburg. After 12 years in transaction tax at Ernst & Young in Munich and Stockholm, he joined AURELIUS in 2012, where he has been Tax Director since then. He is the author of several publications and has advised more than 300 corporate transactions over the past 20 years. Within the AURELIUS Group, he is the contact person for all tax matters of Aurelius Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA.
