Nils Johannessen Bio

Nils joined ATP PEP in 2007. Nils received a degree in Law from the University of Aarhus, Denmark, and attended the Institute of Law at Oslo University, Norway. Before joining ATP PEP, Nils was a partner at the law firm Danders and More (formerly Osborne & Clark) where he oversaw the corporate practice. Nils serves on the advisory boards of Axcel, Core Capital Partners II, Dansk Vækstkapital, JK&B Capital V, Lake Capital Partners, Nordic Mezzanine II, Sunstone Biomedicinsk Venture Annex I & III and Sunstone Biomedicinsk Venture III.
