James Glascott Bio

Mr. Glascott is an Operating Partner of Atlas and is based in New York. Jim has 32 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking and most recently worked as the Chairman of Capital Markets at Barclays and held senior positions at Barclays including Managing Director, Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and Head of U.S. Debt Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Barclays, Jim spent 14 years at Morgan Stanley where he worked as a Managing Director in Capital Markets. Mr. Glascott holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Lafayette College. He currently serves on the board of AmeriVet Securities and is registered with FINRA Series 3, 7, 24 and 63.
