Sanjay Arora Bio

Mr. Arora is the Partner of ATL Partners. Prior to joining ATL, Mr. Arora worked at Terrapin Partners, LLC, where he focused on the firm’s principal investment activities. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Arora served as the CEO of the Terrapin 3 Acquisition Corporation, a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation listed on the NASDAQ, which merged into Yatra Online Inc., one of India’s largest online travel agencies, in December 2016. Mr. Arora is currently on the board of directors of Yatra Online Inc. (NASDAQ: YTRA).
