Michael Kramer Bio

Michael Kramer joined ATL Partners as a Vice President in 2019. Mr. Kramer was previously a Vice President at Safanad Inc., where he was a member of the private equity team and focused on investments in the industrial and education sectors. Prior to joining Safanad in 2015, Mr. Kramer was an Associate at KRG Capital where he focused on investments in various sectors including marketing services, industrials, and business services. Before joining KRG Capital in 2013, Mr. Kramer was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Middle Market. Mr. Kramer previously served as a director of ELA Inc., a leading provider of early childhood education, which was owned by Safanad. Mr. Kramer graduated from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.
