Sam Helfaer Bio

Mr. Helfaer joined Athyrium in 2013 and currently serves as a Vice President. Prior to joining Athyrium, Mr. Helfaer was an investment banking analyst in the Global Healthcare group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In that capacity, Mr. Helfaer worked on a number of transactions involving leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings, initial public offerings and other debt and equity offerings across various healthcare verticals. Mr. Helfaer graduated with a B.S. in Physics from Yale College in 2012.
