Marco Cornaglia Bio

Marco is the founder of Studio Cornaglia & Associati, active in Milan since 1993 in associated form. Through business consultancy, he has gained extensive experience relating to tax, corporate and financial aspects, privileging extraordinary issues both alongside entrepreneurs and as advisor of Private Equity funds. He is a chartered accountant and auditor and holds numerous positions in statutory auditors of Italian capital companies. Marco graduated in Economics from the University of Verona.
