Jack Colbourne Bio

Jack was part of the team that founded Arcus in 2009. Jack has focused on telecoms infrastructure for much of his career, and led the development of Shere from inception in 2004 through to its successful sale in late 2016, serving as a board director throughout. Jack is now Asset Manager for E-Fiber, one of Arcus newest FTTH companies. Prior to joining Arcus, Jack was with Babcock & Brown where he held various positions within the European Infrastructure Team, European Real Estate Team and Principal Investments Group in London. Before joining Babcock & Brown, Jack held increasingly senior positions with Resolution Property PLC, WorldTel Ltd., the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Monitor Company. Jack holds an MBA from INSEAD (France), an MA from the University of Melbourne (Australia), and an AB from Harvard College (USA).
