Graduated with honors in Management Engineering at the Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC University of Castellanza, he obtained a master's degree cum laude in Merchant Banking at the same university. After working for two years in consultancy at Accenture and at PwC Transaction Services, he gained ten years of experience in private equity in leveraged buyout and growth capital transactions first at Assietta Private Equity and, subsequently, with the Edmond de Rothschild group (today Andera Partners), investing in Italian SMEs operating in the consumer goods and industrial sectors.
