Drs. Gerald van Kooten (1984) studied business administration. He worked for 3 years as a Business Analyst at Centrotec Sustainable AG on several M & A processes. As Corporate Finance Advisor at De Jong and Laan, he worked for three years on many deals for small and medium sized companies and he advised customers with respect to valuation and financing. Thereafter he became an entrepreneur by setting up the companies Nocards (loyalty programs) and ALFRED Package Mailboxes.
