Steve Curtis Bio

Steve is an experienced Chairman with a proven track record of building and developing teams to grow businesses. His earlier career in blue-chip retail and financial services led to several Board appointments, including two as MD, before he joined the US outfit Gordon Brothers. Steve led a number of their marquee deals and took MD roles at two of their invested companies. He set up his own practice in 2012, when headhunted by KPMG to help lead the transformation and sale of aeroinv.com, and has since focused on the growth of 13 businesses (to date) in the private equity arena, for Rcapital. These include the integration of Morses Club and Shopacheck and its subsequent and hugely successful IPO.
