Patrick Connelly Bio

Patrick is responsible for Amberjack’s strategic direction and firm oversight, and is also actively involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring Amberjack investments. Before joining Amberjack in 2015, Patrick invested in numerous lower middle market energy service companies in the United States and Canada through his work as a Managing Director at SCF Partners, a Houston based private equity fund. Prior to his investing career, Patrick served as an active-duty infantry officer in the United States Army, participating in numerous overseas assignments. Patrick earned a B.S. in mathematics and systems engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also earned a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a M.P.A. from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
