Michael Shay Bio

Prior to joining Altas, Michael worked at Scotiabank, where he supported an enterprise-wide transformation program, and at Bain & Company, where he led projects across private equity due diligence, corporate strategy, and performance improvement. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business (with Distinction, Ivey Scholar), a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario (with Distinction), and an MBA from Northwestern University (with Distinction).
