Eric Hanno Bio

Eric is Co-head of AlpInvest’s Primary Fund Investment Team and a member of AlpInvest’s Investment Committee. Eric rejoined AlpInvest Partners in 2015 from Partners Group, where he led its US buyout and distressed primary activities and served on the Investment Committee. Prior to Partners Group, he was at AlpInvest Partners, and prior to that he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he started his career. Eric is a CFA ® Charterholder and received a BA in Finance & Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, where he graduated as an honors scholar. Eric serves on a number of advisory boards of fund partnerships, including those managed by Hellman & Friedman, Genstar Capital, Nautic Partners, Trivest and Clearview Capital.
