Sercan serves as a Financial Controller at Alleycorp, where he is responsible for the finance and accounting operations. Prior to joining Alleycorp, he was the founder and CIO of Mergen Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Brown Brothers Harriman, Nomura and Is Investment Securities. Sercan holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School and a BSc degree from Bogazici University.
