Jim Theiss Bio

Jim is the former President and CEO of TKC Holdings, (Formerly known as Centric Group). TKC is a $1.6 billion firm providing wholesale commissary products as well as commissary management and food service management to the U.S. correctional industry. In his role Jim provided strategic direction for the multiple divisions within TKC as well as providing key guidance over sales and marketing plans and continual improvement in customer service and supply chain efficiencies. Jim provided clear strategic direction for TKC. Moving the business from a disjointed holding company to a position as the clear leader in the correctional marketplace. He has a proven track record of business innovation, revenue growth and hiring and developing exceptional leaders. He accomplished all of this while maintaining a highly ethical business environment and a tremendous commitment to outstanding customer service. Jim graduated with a BA from the University Of Missouri School Of Journalism.
