Matt Iodice Bio

Prior to joining Align Capital Partners, Matt Iodice spent three years at Saw Mill Capital, a middle market private equity firm that acquires manufacturing, industrial services, and specialty distribution businesses. While at Saw Mill, Matt identified and executed new investment opportunities, performed transactional due diligence, and partnered with senior management teams to develop, implement, and monitor strategic growth initiatives. Prior to his tenure at Saw Mill, Matt was an investment banker at Harris Williams & Co., where he provided sell-side advisory services for middle market transactions in the business services space. Matt earned a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
