Kurt Smentek Bio

Kurt Smentek joined the Dallas office of ACP in 2016. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments. Prior to joining ACP, Kurt was an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for healthcare services companies. Prior to his tenure at Wells Fargo, Kurt began his career in the Corporate Finance Group at KPMG where he provided advisory services to lower-middle market technology companies. BA in Finance and Economics from The University of Iowa.
