Prior to joining AGIC, Mr. Chen worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in New York, where he has involved in various leveraged buyouts, M&A advisory, equity offering and debt financing transactions. Mr. Chen graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics.
