Prior to AGIC, Mr. Yuan worked for Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) for 10 years and co-led several successful cross-border investments including Weetabix Food Company (together with Bright Food Group) and Giant Interactive (previously NYSE: GA, now SZSE:002558). Before BPEA, Mr. Yuan worked at Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia and A.T. Kearney in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Edward holds a B.E. of Automation from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
