Ms. Wilson serves as Vice President & Controller and is responsible for audit, tax, investor reporting and other financial and operational matters for the firm and the funds. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2015, Ms. Wilson was at Sun Capital Partners for five years where she managed all aspects of fund accounting for a private equity fund with $5 billion in equity commitments. Ms. Wilson received a BS in Finance from the Florida State University.
