Mark Pel is Investment Director at Active Capital Company. He has broad experience with M&A transactions in a wide variety of industries. At Active Capital Company he is mainly focused on deal sourcing and excecution, add-on acquisitions and divestments. Prior to working at Active Capital Company he was active at PwC Corporate Finance. Before that he was employed at corporate finance advisor Oaklins Netherlands. Mark studied business administration with a focus on finance at the University of Groningen.
