Martijn van den Heuvel has extensive M&A transaction experience, predominantly as an investor. Martijn started his career at the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers. In 2008 he joined private equity firm NPM Capital, where he was involved in the acquisition of Workfox and Kiwa. Between 2012 and 2015 he contributed to the build-up of a new private equity fund, MBO & Groei Fonds. In his role as investment manager Martijn realised several investments and exits. Prior to joining Vondel finance in November 2018 he was developing and executing the European buy-and-build strategy of building materials company CRH. Martijn graduated in econometrics from Tilburg University.
