Luuk Bruna has more than 20 years of experience in the TMT sector, of which the last 10 years as an M&A advisor. He was involved in many transactions with well-known, fast growing companies such as the sale of Buienradar to RTL, the sale of Drukwerkdeal to Cimpress and the sale of Corendon to Triton Partners. Luuk joined Vondel Finance in 2020 from Seasons Capital Partners, a TMT focused boutique corporate finance firm he co-founded in 2015. Previously, he worked in M&A at PWC, and on the investment side at Holland Venture (now Holland Capital) and Cyrte Investments, the investment firm of John de Mol. Luuk graduated in international economics from the universities of Maastricht (Netherlands) and Regensburg (Germany). He is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
