Damman Nordbeck has more than twelve years of M&A transaction experience and was involved in a significant number (50+) of transactions and company valuations. Examples of projects are the Sale of TASK to Intersaction, Forming of a joint venture between Niaga and DSM N.V, Sale of Ealyze to NPM Capital, the Acquisition of MisterGreen by Fastned, the equity funding of Qwic by De Hoge Dennen, and the MBO of Kargro Recycling. Between 2006 and 2018 Damman worked as M&A advisor with CDI Global the Netherlands. Damman graduated in business administration from the universities of Groningen (Netherlands) and Johannesburg (South Africa). He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
