Sam M. Ditzion is the founder and CEO of Boston-based Tremont Capital Group, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of strategy consulting, research, litigation support, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to the ATM, self-service, and armored cash-in-transit industries. Mr. Ditzion has extensive strategic planning and M&A advisory experience within the overall financial services, retail banking, electronic payments, and ATM/self-service sectors. He has advised financial institutions, non-bank ATM operators, armored service companies, hedge funds, private equity firms, law firms, ATM and kiosk manufacturers, payment processors, and ATM/kiosk maintenance and service providers on a range of industry issues and has been involved in many high-profile M&A transactions. Mr. Ditzion has advised both domestic and international companies about market entry strategies. He has also conducted extensive research and analyses in the areas of advanced functionality ATM and kiosk consumer preferences.
