Bio

Katie is a Vice President at TM Capital Corp. She is responsible for transaction execution across a range of industries, including all aspects of the deal process. Prior to joining TM Capital, Katie was on the equity investment committee at Earnest Partners, an institutional asset manager with over $20B in assets under management. Prior to that, she was founder and CEO of a consumer business in London, responsible for all aspects of the business, including fundraising, technology development, marketing, finance, and operations. She also spent over a decade in corporate strategy and M&A leadership roles across developed and emerging markets. Katie is a graduate of Georgia Tech’s School of Chemical and Biomechanical Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. She is also a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Atlanta.
