Mr. Cohen graduated from Northwestern University with a BA and has an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. He is an experienced merger & acquisition professional who has worked for The Walden Group, MMG Advisors, and Mentor Capital Advisors, a private equity firm.
