Brian Zales is a Managing Director at Forbes Transaction Advisory Services where he leads the firm’s transaction advisory engagements. He is based in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. Brian recently joined the Forbes team after spending more than 30 years in public accounting as a trusted business advisor, counseling business owners on a wide range of business and tax issues typically involved in the sale of their businesses. Brian specializes in providing M&A related services including buy and sell-side financial due diligence, valuation, financial statement analysis, transaction readiness, working capital optimization, dispute resolution, transaction structuring, and closing mechanics. His experience spans a range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, service companies, software, construction, energy, and retail.
