Diane brings 20+ years at both large corporate and entrepreneurial information technology companies, helping to drive strategy and growth in Management, Finance, and Business Systems Consulting and Sales roles. Diane works with software and information technology company shareholders and executives on strategic M&A engagements that will best meet their unique objectives. Diane studied at the University of Western Ontario and the Certified General Accountants Association, and is a designated Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CMAA).
