Harry van Dyke is the Chief Executive Officer of Teneo Capital. Mr. van Dyke joined Teneo with 25 years of investment banking experience, having completed over $100 billion in M&A transactions involving companies in more than 25 countries. Most of those transactions took place during Mr. van Dyke's 22 years at Morgan Stanley, where he began his career in the firm's New York-based Mergers & Acquisitions Department. van Dyke returned to the U.S. in 2003 to establish an investment banking transaction development group that targeted private equity firms. He developed relationships with over 120 financial sponsor firms, and was named Co- Head of Morgan Stanley's Financial Sponsors Group for the U.S. Mr. van Dyke is a cum laude graduate of Yale University with a B.A. degree in Economics and in Engineering & Applied Science. He also received an M.B.A., with honors, from the Harvard Business School.
