With nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Hart leads Signal Hill's Internet and Digital Media practice. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Hart was a Managing Director at Morgan Keegan Technology Group (formerly Revolution Partners) where he headed the Internet and Digital Media practice. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at Jefferies Broadview, where he built and led the firm's Internet and Digital Media practice. Throughout his career, Mr. Hart has advised a wide range of public and private companies and led transactions both domestically and internationally, including mergers and acquisitions, private financings, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and debt financings. Mr. Hart received a B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University.
