Mr. Parham’s background includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and audit. Previously, Mr. Parham was the group head and managing director of Energy Services Group at McGladrey Capital Markets and before that he spent 12 years in New York City in the M&A departments of Peter J. Solomon Company, Credit Lyonnais Securities, Daiwa Securities and the international audit group at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Parham has worked with both public and private companies on transactions that have ranged from $10 million to $2 billion. Mr. Parham has worked on cross border transactions throughout Europe, Asia and North America and has advised clients across a variety of industries, including energy services, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, construction/engineering, and consumer products. Mr. Parham earned his BA with honors from Dartmouth College and his MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. Mr. Parham is a CPA and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses. Mr. Parham recently also served as CEO of Black Viper Energy Services, a horizontal, directional drilling, and measurement while drilling (MWD) services provider based in Midland, Texas. Mike is an active member of Irvine community and currently serves as board member of Irvine Unified School District.
