Mike Lambrix is a Managing Director at Sampford Advisors. Mike has over 10 years of investment banking and private equity experience in New York, London and Florida. Mike’s investment banking experience was at UBS Securities in New York City in the Telecom, Media and Technology group where he facilitated over $20 billion of Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring transactions. In addition, Mike has advised on over $2 billion of equity and debt capital raises. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, concentrations in Finance and Marketing, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
