Bio

Chris Cooper joined Baird’s Global Investment Banking group in 2004 and is responsible for Baird’s building and construction products practice. While at Baird, he has completed over 40 M&A transactions and over 30 financing transactions for a broad range of publicly traded, sponsor-owned and family-owned companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Baird, he was in investment banking at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., where he provided analytical support on transactions primarily in the Energy sector. Chris received his MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago. Prior to attending graduate school, he worked in various capacities at ABN Amro and LaSalle Bank. He received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
