Richard brings more than 10 years technology sector M&A experience to Results International. He joined the firm in September 2014 after having spent nine years at KPMG across the M&A, transaction services and audit functions. During his career Richard has worked on a number of transactions, the majority of which cross-border. His most recent transactions include Zenitech’s investment from Sovereign Capital, the sale of Rimilia to Blackline, the disposal of Boldon James’ to HelpSystems, Intragen’s investment from FPE Capital, Linguamatics acquisition by a Tier-1 CRO, the sale of OCSL to Cancom, the sale of e2y to Dimension Data, the disposal of RedPixie to HPE, the sale of Forward3D to The Stagwell Group, ESG’s acquisition of Utiligroup, the disposal of adconnection to VCCP (a division of Chime), the sale of neoworks to Salmon (a WPP company), the disposal of Irdeto’s billing software business to Hansen and the investment in WRG by LDC. Richard is a chartered accountant and holds a First Class honours degree in Economics and Politics from Bristol University.
