Mark has over 10 years of M&A experience and has spent the majority of his career in the Technology and Media sectors. Mark joined Results International in 2012 from Ingenious Corporate Finance and prior to that KPMG Corporate Finance. Mark has spent his entire career advising high growth and disruptive companies on mergers and acquisitions, fund-raisings and strategic options and is passionate about helping the leading minds in advertising, technology and media generate value for their years of hard work. Mark also has extensive experience advising large global corporates make exciting and pivotal acquisitions in the European market and is highly experienced in leading cross-border transactions both east and west of the UK. The most recent deals Mark has advised on include: Boldon James on its acquisition by HelpSystems, Sapphire Systems on its significant investment from Horizon Capital, Creativ-Ceutical on its acquisition by Huntsworth, Symphony Ventures on its acquisition by SYKES, Baird Capital on its investment into Crisp, the acquisition of MWR InfoSecurity by F-Secure, Forward 3D on its acquisition by The Stagwell Group, advising the management shareholders of Oxyma on becoming part of Merkle, the acquisition of The App Business by St Ives plc, Avecto’s $49m growth equity investment from JMI, the Series B Fundraise for Captify, one of the fastest growth European AdTech Companies, the acquisition of iris worldwide by South Korean marketing group Cheil, the sale of attribution software company DC Storm to Rakuten,the sale of employee benefits provider Staffcare to Simplybiz, the sale of DBG to Merkle and the sale of Semantico to Highwire. Mark has a degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds and speaks French.
