Kunal Kadiwar joined Results Healthcare in April 2016, with over 10 years’ experience in corporate advisory. Kunal joined from Quintiles, a leading clinical research organisation, where he was a Director in the Corporate Development team, responsible for the origination and execution of strategic and in-organic transactions. At Quintiles he was involved in advising on the acquisition of a laboratory facility from Merck, a secondary fund-raising process for an existing investment company and a clinical partnership transaction with Merck Serono. Prior to Quintiles he worked for QInvest, an investment banking boutique based in the Middle East, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of transactions across a variety of industry sectors. He has also worked in the investment banking division at Macquarie Capital focusing on the acquisition and financing of infrastructure assets. He started his career at Bear Stearns working as an investment banking analyst in the corporate finance team. Kunal has experience working on a range of transactions across industry sectors, advising large cap institutions through to smaller businesses. His transaction experience includes advising Sovereign Capital Partners on the acquisition of Xendo by ProPharma Group, Carphone Warehouse on their demerger, Arqiva on their £2.5bn acquisition of National Grid Wireless, and arranging financing for Merck’s €14.6bn hostile bid of Schering. Kunal holds an bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics.
