Dan has over a decade of banking experience and a passion for digital transformation; from innovative tech solutions to high-end digital services. Since joining Results International in 2013, Dan has advised on multiple transactions, the most recent including: Sapphire Systems on its significant investment from Horizon Capital, Outpost24 on its acquisition of Pwnie Express, AppLearn on securing investment from K1 Investment Management, Kaplan on its acquisition by Accenture, Avecto on its acquisition by Bomgar, MWR on its acquisition by F-Secure and Sonalytic on its sale to Spotify, among others. Dan began his career at Investec Bank following a period of work experience at Mizuho in their proprietary trading division. In his two years at Investec, Dan gained a wealth of experience in private and capital debt markets with companies ranging from multi billion pound corporates to start-ups. Dan is a keen traveller and sportsman, albeit with an average golf swing and bike that is too good for him. Dan graduated from the University of Exeter with a 1st Class Honours in Business Economics.
